So I'll admit I need some help now;

My decent board, I might call it crappy from now on, doesn't want to get back to 500MHz FSB :/

495 is perfectly stable, but 500 is a no no

I've went from 1.35v FSB to 1.4 now, and *OMG BOOTED* ... Yes I am typing this as I am tinkering with settings lol. (Apparently SpeedStep somehow reactivated.)

Will edit once I reboot into BIO - I find it funny that 2000QDR - 500FSB gives me the same performance as 475FSB 19xxQDR
.

L2 Cache speeds have went up, but that's it *****.

Multi - 8.5x for 4250, or 9x for 4500
PCI-E 1 & 2 - 100 MHz (Should I increase to 105-107?)
PCI-E 3 - 100 MHz (Should I increase ?)

Spread Spectrum (should these be disabled or enabled?
HT Spread - Disabled
PCIe Spread - Disabled
SATA Spread - Disabled

2000QDR - 500FSB
RAM: 1000MHz - 5-5-5-15

Limit CPUID - Disabled
Speedstep - Disabled
CPU Thermal - Disabled
C1E - Disabled
Execute Disable Bit - Enabled
Virtualization - Enabled

Voltages
Without Vdroop
1.3625 (trying to 4.5GHz)
CPU FSB - 1.400 (red according to this bios)
Memory - 2.025V
nForce SPP - 1.5V (red according to board)
nForce MCP - 1.550v
HT nForce SPP <-> MCP - 1.4
CPU PLL - 1.6

GTLVREF
1 - +55
2 - +60
3 - +55
4 - 0

Progress so far; http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=859755

Found my new point of diminishing returns lol;

4.4GHz - 1.368vcore on full load, new point

it used to be 4.175 @ 1.3 then 4.275 @ 1.33
