All runs were done 16x PCI -E 2.0
CPU 4095 MHZ Core I7
GPU 950/1200,
Raid 0 striped set.

Just playing with my 5850 and thought I compare some Crysis benches.Anyone wanna try to explain whats you think is going on,besides Crysis sucks and all the other Crysis cliches.
Thanks.

Whats kinda messed up with my test that at 1280x720 the trifire 5970+5850 is equal to a single 5850.

Heres a test I did awhile ago with ATI 5970+5850 TRIFIRE. 1920x1080 VS 1280x720.

Crysis compared 1080 vs 720 1080 is a little faster.

So I ran the 5850 at same settings and a single card does not seems to have the same bottleneck with CPU and PCI express 2.0 @16x

You're mixing and matching 32/64 bit tests also, be consistent.
What were the clock speeds for the single 5850 run?
Heck of a score for a single card.
Theres really not much difference between 32/64 on a test. Not really the point.
Just point out I thought it was interesting that a single 5850 can be as fast as a trifire ,with same settings.OR almost 32/64.

Why u ran the 5850 on 1280x720? That's way too low res so it of course would get a very high fps.

LOL I compared 1920x1080 to 1280x720 guess you missed that part. You do not find it strange that a single card can be as fast as trifire.

Run 4x AA
Heres a run 720 with 4x ,as you can see which seems to happen alot with Crysis 4x seems to be lower then 8x .

Also I guess I get this out of the way too,for the people who are going to say you cant get that FPS with a 5850.
G24 Acer with GPU scaling enabled to 1920x1080.
