So I've been using the Corsair Dominator GT RAM (DDR3 rendition), and for some reason since I re-did my water cooling, I only have 2807mb of RAM, it was reading as 4096 before.
I'm getting somewhat frustrated because one of my 2 GB sticks died (long after Newegg's return policy evaporated) and now it appears another stick is on its way out. I would normally blame this on Windows doing its fun trick with GPU memory, but I haven't done anything concerning the GPU, and I have tried re-seating the ram several times. I have also tried lowing the speed of the RAM, changing the timings, nothing changes it. I mostly noticed because my keyboard shows me my RAM usage, and IDLING, I am using about 70 percent of that RAM, hosting a CS: S server and playing, I use almost all of it.

You should test the mobo with another ram stick but the way you put I´m guessing the ran is really the bad one there.
