I agree, those seem some wicked low-ball appraisals. A 24" television might go for $40 shipped, not a monitor.

How could they know? You didn't even give a specific model. For all they knew it was a generic Sony CRT.

I'm sure you could still sell it on eBay as long as the buyer pays for shipping. As for an appraisal you could get probably get $200 off of it. Only people with knowledge of the actual product would consider paying that much.

show me a sony 24'' crt? its the only one they made. i expect some expert advice when i come to overclock.net. there are some very (knowledgeable) people in here. Ive got some answer in here that no one could answer locally. i only answer to questions i know. thats why i only have 39 reps. im not an expert. and i wish that people would follow that.
