Got this back from at&t the other day as factory refurb, the phone it self has no scratches on screen or sides/buttons its like new almost, but the back cover is my old one so its used with scratches and has a crack in (see pics) , but you can get a new one from ebay for like $10. Phone comes with manuals box charger and dock.
