Sound question

I have a server box that has no media(sound output) devices on it. However I want to setup a server where I can broadcast movies/music from it. Does anybody here know of some software that I may be able to install and it will act as an audio output?(Take everything windows plays and use it as an output)

Do you have any kind of sound card/device on it?
You'll need at least onboard sound or a sound card.
If there's nothing there, then you can't get an output (from nothing).

Or am I missing something?

Im not exactly sure what it has on it. The only device under the Audio tab is "Microsoft RDp Audio Driver"

OK, let's go at it this way:
Does it have audio output jacks on the back?
If not > no audio output.

I would not be able to tell you because this server is sitting in a datacenter in Chicago(so if anyone needs any bandwidth let me know, I got plenty to spare)... Haha
RDP allows 3 different options for audio
mapping: Leave at server, bring to client and mute.
It's the driver that captures the audio, not the sound hardware...

Anyway, you really don't need to use that to broadcast movies and music. You need to broadcast the media, not what the server is hearing.
So how can I go about broadcasting certain films or audio from the server to clients?
Well what I really want actually is I want to stream videos from my server I have. I want it so that way I start the broadcast at a certain time, and people can tune in whenever and it will automatically play from where I am currently at in the video im broadcasting. Kinda like a live webshow. Does anyone know how to do this?
