When I raise FSB to 222 my speed goes from 2.6 to 2.2 when i reboot which is 200mhz LOWER then my stock speed. But when i drop it to 220 it goes back to 2640mhz, could it be my ram? I have 2gb of corsair value select PC3200.

What is reporting the speed drop? Have you got Cool 'n' Quiet disabled as this might be lowering the multiplier.

Try downloading CPU-Z and see what CPU speed is being reported. PCWizard might just be incorrectly displaying the speed.

The only thing I can think of is your Multiplier is set to Auto.

I was about to mention the same thing. I had my multiplier on auto when I was playing around with the settings and it'd bump the multiplier down sometimes when I increased the FSB.

HOW TO DISABLE this Cool n Quite, i have AMD Athlon 3200+ on GAK8N Pro SLI with F7 BIOS, sORRY for interrption but just didnt want to start a new thread, thats y asked it here. ... while reading the thread to learn more.......!
Spread spectrum is the Technology in which it stops components in your PC emiiting alot of EMI ( Electro magnetic Interference ) when this is enabled it bottlenecks components as such to put it in easier terms. In other words its better to disable it.

anyone know??
set your mult to 10x as a start seeing as though you said you were 245MHz and 2.4GHz that's 10x mult

check out all the options in your advanced bios menu......if you hit enter then it will bring up a list of available options, if you can find a spread spectrum option then disable it.......if not then cool 'n' quiet is in your cpu config menu....disable that too.
