Not sure if this is the right category, or if there is a generic "Motherboards" category as this may apply to more than just Intel boards.
I worked out the pinout, and how to flash both the Main and Backup BIOS chips on my ASRock Z370 Extreme4 (after trying to diagnose why it died after two hours; have returned it and have another on the way).
The pinout is based on a common SPI flash header, but is undocumented in ASRock's manual.
