Sppedfan is malfunctioning!

So i installed speedfan to see al my temps, and everytime i turn it off, all my fan speeds reset to 100. Their supposed to be at 54, wat do i do?

PLZ help

there is a checkbox in configure that says set fans to 100% on exit, uncheck
