I have an Corsair Force 60GB SSD and i got it about a month ago. so recently i benched it with AS SSD Benchmark and it seems Read / write speed went down by atleast 25% - 50%. When i first got it read was 200MB/s and Write was 100MB/s and then now its read @ 150MB/s and writes @ 60MB/s. i also tested with ATTO and it seems performance went down?

Is there anything i can do about it? Can i RMA?

First of all:
*does it have enough free space to recover half-written flash
*is TRIM enabled
*before RMA, do a low level format and see if the performance is recovered

It may be bust, but there is a fair chance the guys from Corsair will ask you to do the same tests in order to make sure the SSD is faulty, and not that it's your rig that is poorly configured.

Personally I don't worry to much about raw read/write speeds all I am concerned about is the fast access times having my OS boot amazingly fast and loading up applications quickly that's all that matters to me about the SSD
