They just don't want to fix ANYTHING of theirs that doesn't work properly, Last time I had to tell their "Service Techs" exactly where the problem was (They kept saying it ain't us) Then when I told them what the problem was and they found out I was exactly correct, they go well oops I guess we just didn't look in the right place. Geeeez these people should work for DELL, because they are dummies cut from the same cloth......Done with my rant......

Sorry to hear that man. The problem with the internet is there is no human element. Therefore they have no big reason to be scared (and do what they should do) when they are seated 500 or more miles away from you, and they know you can't do much. On the other hand if you were talking to them face to face, they would more than likely would have listened to you, and great stuff like that...but sadly that is a bad thing about the internet.
