I just wanted to inform you all that the new steam beta is looks great and will be great once release but DO NOT go ahead and join this beta. I have had on my computer for the last couple of days and it has been running great until today i started to have issues with it freezing trying to connect to my account and so on. It also seems to conflict with Google Chrome too for some odd reason, so just let you guys know.

Worked ok for me. Only problem I ever found is I couldn't purchase a game through it.

The beta verison is awesome, its gotten better than day one i think, its more smoother on my computer atleast.
Only problem i have is where the comics??

I had an issue where it would not let my open my games list...

Every time i clicked it it brought up the tools list instead. :-(

and when i went to uninstall i found that it does not give you the option to keep game data in the uninstaller...

so i had to re-download all my games.

but I do like it, and I am still using it despite those problems.

beta UI works fine EXCEPT when i went to install any of the Star Wolves games.
Had to go back to non beta UI, install and go back to beta.
