I own the game and now that this promotion is on it won't even run. UT3 tries to update and will stick at 0%, check out the Steam forums everyone is complaining.

I normally get 1.5MB/s I don't know what's wrong with your internet but I'm downloading really fast.

~150k was because so many people download @ the same time.
It jumped to 1.5mb after about 20 mins.
