What is stepping exactly? Also CPUZ told me that my proc has a stepping of 0. Is that good?

pace your cpu at foot level, lift your shoe, and then , as hard as you can... kidding... it has to do with dates and newer versions of cpu manufacturing...

Haha, got ya, where could I find info about the stepping of my proc? Also, does the stepping affect the overclocking ability of my proc?

You can find the stepping on the CPU's IHS.

there are lists online that describe the info on top of you cpu, post your text ontop of your cpu in this thread, and someone will be able to tell you what it means, and probably whether or not it is a good overclocking stepping...

Well I found some info on my stepping, at this website, http://www.cpu-world.com/info/AMD/amd_stepping_K8.html. It says it was made in 04, can anyone tell me if it is a good OCer? thanks guys
