Stock CPU Fan and Heatsink

the specs for the stock HSFs (im guessing you mean their fan size etc) is 60mm for the sktA sempron and the heatsink itself is just good enough for stock speeds, lapping the HSF will lower temps around 5c though.

Lapping it means, getting sand paper of different grades, and sanding the bottom of the heatsink down on a flat surface, from the thicker grit to the finest to get a mirror finish on the heatsink.

This helps temperatures because by the heatsink being perfectly flat/smooth it makes better contact with the cpu, and it's able to absorb the heat better.
