Hi Guys

I finally recieved a E6300 to replace my 805D, man it's a lot faster.

It scored 30 Seconds in Super PI 1M test at stock. But with my 805D @ 3.6GHZ that scored 37secs.

Anyways my temps are really good, 25 idle @ stock using the Freezer pro with AS5.

I checked with CPU Z and it saying 6x multiplier for somereason were it should be 7x.

This is at stock btw.

It's going from 7 to 6 quite often is there a option I can turn off in the bios to fix this.

Gigabyte 945P S3.

Either an old version of CPU-Z, or you can raise your multi in BIOS.

EIST it's a function in BIOS that drops the multi, I think. I turned it off and I was good to go. Enjoy your chip, don't forget to use Intel's Thermal Analysis Tool when you're checking temps (or core temp), and keep it below 60.

I got my Arctic Freezer Pro today and am amazed by it.

Have fun.
