Hi a little help if you dont mind.

My cpu has just started to run about 10c hotter for no reason at all.
The temperature in my room is the same and nothing has been changed on my pc there is no dust inside the pc as well.

My cpu is a I5 760 with a H60 cooler with the same thermal paste that it was shipped with.

Even after powering the pc down for a bit my idle temps just shoot back up way past the normal temps I am used to.

Any ideas on what it could be?

Could be time to replace the compound on the chip.
