What program should i use to stress test my computer to ensure stability? Also, how long should i run it for to make sure my computer is 100% stable?

I would call 8hrs+ Prime95 blend test stable.

You could also do an 8hr+ Small FFT Prim95 to ensure your CPU is stable but blend is the best as it tests all your ram. I found with my 720BE that it was the IMC and Ram that would fail on my overclock.

Prime95 is a great stress testing program as already stated but OCCT is another good stress testing program too! 12 hours + on blend and small fft's will please the ocn members as stable.
