So i posted this in HTPC section and only got one reply after 24hrs.. so i thought id try here

So i traded my old gtx 460 for a HD 7770 Ghz edition (sapphire), whenever using the GUI in XBMC It gets slight stuttering. This is my first non nvidia card and im quite annoyed...
i did drive sweeper and installed current drivers for the 7770. should i un-install then re-install XBMC? OS is Window 7 home premium 64 bit. or is there something in settings ive missed?

movies music etc run smooth till GUI (menu) is used?? cpu is e8400

EDIT i have uninstalled XBMC and reinstalled it. still have the problem,. could it be anything to do with nvidia cude? its only since ive changed the gpu.

temps are fine running unigine benchmark max temp is 60-63C, mostly sits around low 30C when not maxxed. Just weird the nvidia card ran it fune switch to my first amd card and a problem :/
