I was using it fine last night. I turned on the computer today and suddenly the GPU is not waking up my monitor. My monitor is working since I switched the HDMI cable to i3-2120 integrated graphics. The GPU fan is running.

you can check bios to make sure it's set to init pcie graphics, but unless you changed something then that's probably right...
sorry, but sounds like card is dead. check the power going to it and use a program like HWinfo to see if the computer still sees the card.
