I'm looking for a decent milky WHITE cpu cooler to match my rig's theme.

Currently had my eyes on the Cooler Master Hyper Z600 (push/pull):

Note: this is not my rig, just some random pic I found on google.

Any other suggestion, guys? Performance equivalent to TRUE 120 or more would be preferred. Thanks all in advance.

You could get a good heatsink and mod it into white. You could mod a frio or a CM V6.

It's easy enough just to paint the top fin... or you could even buy some white electrical tape and cover the top.

Yea, just paint the top of the heatsink.

If you painted the entire cooler, absolutely. However, painting only the top fin which is also likely to be the least efficient fun as it's at the end if the heatpipes would most likely offer a negligible dip in performance, if at all.

I painted an aftermarket heatsink for my GPU long ago and saw no decrease in performance. If you spray from an angle then the paint doesn't really get between the fins. All of the area in between the fins (what really matters) isn't covered by the paint.

Besides, the outside surface of the top fin isn't really getting much airflow anyways. Even if the paint was a strong insulator you aren't losing much surface area. Half of 1 fin's surface area isn't much loss... Just avoid spraying at an angle parallel to the fins. You don't want paint going inside the heatsink between the fins. You just want it on the outside surfaces.
