Suggestion for a modem for Comast?

Don't feel like paying a rent fee, so I was looking at this:

I believe it is on their list for compatible modems. Is this sufficient?

It should be, but once their network is DOCSIS 3.0-only, you'll need to replace it with one that can operate on that.

I have the same one and it works just fine.
It will be quite a while till they go DOCSIS 3.0 only.
