I think a watercooling block would cost more than its worth. Take off the plastic shroud and make sure there are fans blowing over both PCB's and that will drod temps pretty drastically, especially if you up the fan speed. I was able to drop my temps about 10c. I know that sounds a bit far fetched but its true.
Can you put regular core blocks on the gx-2 and use vrm coolers for the rest?
Thats a bit tricky but yes you can. You have to turn the PCB's inside out. I think there is a video somewhere but I cannot find it right now. It involves taking it apart, fliping the PCB's and using spacers and bolts. If I find the vid i will repost it.
