I'm looking at a 4 gig set of DDR2 memory to go into a new rig. The rig specs are as follows:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 Kuma 2.7GHz Socket AM2+ 95W Dual-Core
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103300

ASUS M3A78 Pro AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI ATX
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131325

BFG Tech BFGR800WPSU 800W ATX Power Supply
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817702004

BFG GeForce 8600GTS Overclocked Edition (same as below)

Now, here's the question, I'm looking at OCZ and Corsair memory.

Corsair:
CORSAIR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145215

OCZ:
OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227298

Now, what's the major difference in the ram?? I have Corsair right now (In rig in my signature below), but I'm looking at warantees & prices and didn't know the major difference between them.

Any & ALL help in this matter is greatly appreciated!!
