The temps are getting so uggly these days! 50C on idle is somehting that starts worrying me.
When it comes to cooling solution, i am running on some kind of 'winter quiet mode', the purpose of which was to limit fans to as few as possible. Well, i think i cant afford this during the summer, especially with my overclock.
I'v been out of the game for a long time, i lost my overview about cooling solutions and fans, so i'd be glad if you assisted me with my new cooling solution.
Here is what i got and what i can work with:
Case: ATCS 840
Case fans:
front - default case fan CM, 700 RPM, 19 dBA
top -default case fan CM x 2,700 RPM, 19 dBA (one is disabled)
rear - default case fan CM x 1, 1200 RPM
thats all i got installed right now. I got 2 spared fans Scythe S-FLEX.
Heatsink: Noctua NH-U12P with push/pull p12's, think i got some spared OCZ Freeze paste.
I should also got my Zalman mfc1 fan controller somewhere.. but i am not sure if i want to use that. I'd maybe go for new one.
Any ideas on upgrades are welcome.
