The PC version will probably be on disc and downloadable on the Steam. Arcade Edition is a revision update for the game that will be available for download as DLC. Arcade Edition adds 4 extra characters and balance changes...

When it comes to fighting games, there generally is no such thing as a "better" version when it comes to graphics, which i know is what you are implying...

The only time you can make such statements are when the same game is behind on updates on a particular platform. Perfect example of this is Virtua Fighter 5. The PS3 has ver.B, Xbox has ver.C, but both consoles got screwed over because the arcade version of the game received, iirc 5 additional revision updates, rendering the console versions obsolete for competitive play.

Ctrl+V On June 7, it will be released as a downloadable upgrade for existing Xbox 360 and PS3 Super Street Fighter IV owners for 1,200 Microsoft points or $14.99. A full console retail product will ship on June 24 in Europe and June 28 in North America, with the PC edition to follow in July.

sorry i can't remember the source.

And sorry to burst your bubble, but this game has been out on Xbox/PS3 since April last year. I bought it on release day

I wasn't aware the console was getting this DLC too.

I posted this in the other related thread, but i'm really not looking forward to inclusion of AE.

The balance changes i'm half/half about them. The inclusion of Yun and Yang i really dislike. I especially dislike the fact that the thought of "NEEDS MOAR SHOTO" crossed Capcom's mind. Talk about lack of imagination :/

SSF4 is almost perfect as is.

But we see how things go post AE. I shouldn't knock it until i try it i suppose...
