Finished up a box earlier today.
3.2 ghz lga775 Prescott cooled with a xp-90/92mm sunon fan - AS5
DFI Lanparty 925x-t2
Kingston DDR2 675 memory (512mb)
Antec neo2 PSU

It seems to be running cool and stable at 4ghz. Need to test longer but this is very unexpected - better than expected. Since this is only the second time I've tried OC'ing and the first Intel, thought I'd ask if I'm missing something?

Thought I'd add that this snapshot was taked while running two instances of Folding.

It's at 4ghz. The snapshot took when the speed fluctuated down .2. I haven't pushed it to failure yet (notice the stock voltage.) Seems like the majority thinks that 4ghz is water cooling territory only so I am a little concerned......very little.
