Well I have lugged my custom loop around to lan parties without problems so I see no reason why something far more compact like an H220 would have any trouble standing up to the trip.
I wouldn't think so. As long as your loop is nice and tight with no loose fittings, there shouldn't be a problem. I would probably avoid turning it on it's side, but that's just me. im not sure how a loop would React being turned over. Whenever I roll over to a friends with my computer I always have it in the passenger seat with a seatbelt on, lol.
