So do I do tht and just put it in the loop and let it run throughfor a while?
And then just do distiller water fr a while and then add my coolant?

that sounds fine to me. what i did when i changed my loop was I took everything apart and boiled some distilled water let it cool a bit and filled the rad with it and shook it vigorously multiple times and poured out the contents. I did this multiple times until i no longer saw anything but water.

That sound like a good idea I think I'm going to go that route
