I used Diskeeper 10 to defrag my system and it was fine. So i told it to run a boot up Defrag to defrag system files and now when ever I play video for more then 2 minutes it reboots my system.

Any idea why it's doing this I have tried 2 programs both are doing the same.

Ok i fixed my problem.

For future reference of this thread I will enclose how I fixed it.

On thing I forgot to mention is that Windows Update said there was a new driver for my sound and that was the problem. It was causing my PC to crash. So I installed it and put the one on from the CD and now its fine again.

Once again Microsoft are wreaking things. So if you decide to get a "new" driver from microsoft i advise you dont.
