I was just as surprised to see that the M3A32-MVP Deluxe doesn't support the AM3 CPU's. Btw it's spelled compatible not compatable.

They probably just haven't gotten around to updating the rest. Asus is pretty lazy...
yeah, pretty much all AM2 boards support the AM2+ chips now. so in time, i'm sure they'll support AM3
I wish that M2N68-AM was my TF-7025. Same chipset. I wish Biostar would get around to it.
Ouch, the M3A32-MVP and Crosshair II Formula left out in the cold..
What's AMD?
So I assume AM3 chips will also ssupport DDR2 and DDR3 ram?

Agreed.

Shows how immature some people can be...

I don't really know why you'd stick with an older motherboard like this and slap an AM3 processor into it. I'm saving up and going AM3 proc/mobo and DDR3. Just makes more sense to me.

The real question is...who are you?

I'm hoping for some new motherboards tbh, and soon - I think the M3A79T dlx is not quite.. feature balanced. 4 way CF? Could use something else instead of more PCI-x slots. Then again.. let's see how the new AMDs clock on it ;D

same here. i was hoping this was a list of the AM3 socket motherboards, not a list of AM3 cpu compatible mobos.

I am confused, I thought am3 was ddr3 only, if it were to be ddr2 and ddr3 that would mean that amd would have to stuff a memory controller for both on the die. That just seems odd.

no the DDR3 mem controller can handle DDR3 speeds... as well as the slower DDR2 speeds, straight forward.
