i was a member of another team previously and all my current folding stats are still be updated with them. i have OC.net's team number in the config file but it seems to be still loading my data to my old team. With that being said, should I create a new user name and go that route? Any help would be great.

You could change your user name, but it's not necessary. I know a lot of members who have folded for another team with the same user name. You should be fine if you just change the team number.

it will take the whole work unit to finish, before the team or name change take place, not need of a new user name
