Leading international graphics card and motherboard maker MSI has now released the N570GTX Twin Frozr III Power Edition graphics card. The new graphics card not only features the latest Twin Frozr III dual fan cooling module but also exclusive Propeller Blade technology for 20% more airflow. Under full load, these reduce the GPU temperature by 18˚C and fan noise by 7.7dB compared to the reference board. The popular Power Edition architecture from R6950 Twin Frozr III Power Edition has also been retained. The use of 6+1 phase power supply and Triple Overvoltage support enhances overclockability and stability, increasing the overclocking potential by 22%1! For consumers looking for great cooling, overclocking potential and stability, the N570GTX Twin Frozr III Power Edition offers the perfect balance between performance and cooling.

MSI usually gets their crap together with their video cards. I just don't understand why they make motherboards that catch on fire and show no signs of improvement. A MSI graphics card is the only thing of theirs I would not be ashamed to have in my rig

I think their engineers have trained monkeys to design their motherboards so they could focus on video cards

like I said in my TFIII 570 thread, it stays MUCH cooler than my reference 570, so the fan % can be left low, therefore making it much quieter. 55C with fan capped at 50%, and at 50% it is much quieter than the reference which had temps cracking 85C with fan capped at 50%. For me anyways.

40% is inaudible, 50% is almost inaudible and is enough fan speed to keep things plenty cool while playing DA2 and BFBC2 as well.

I have no tools to measure dB's though

I'm sure it wont be long before there are official reviews with dB measures!

Is MSI paying you, you've pretty much convinced me to buy it already

This looks like a really solid card.

There are definitely not paying me

I would be enthusiactically raving about this card if afterburner actually worked with it at this point. Keep that in mind! No overvolting the core or anything else at this point through AB! Its a huge bummer.

What has stopped you from getting the directcuII? I have heard it is VERY QUIET... is it the same thing that stopped me? (the triple slot cooler)
