Are these temps decent for a Pentium D 920 (stock 2.8) running at 3.4 on a stock Intel heatsink? I wasnt able to run the OCCT for a long time since I had to get to school this morning and I havent had any time to run the test again. Ambient temps would be around 24-25 Im guessing. Usually when I let the OCCT program run, the temps get to 41 and stay there until the test stops. If you look at the pics you can see that when I ran it for a few minutes it was up to 39 load and idle it was 24.
Note all these temps are celcius (duh)
Alright, just checking. I dont plan to up the vcore anymore until I get water or a better air cooler. But Ive been really researching water and I think Im going to go with that because I love hands on projects where I can do some custom work. So I hope that sometime soon Ill have enough money to buy a nice water setup.
By the way, how do you find out what the stock Vcore voltage is? Because for me, when I set vcore in BIOS it is a little different reading than say in CPU-z and other programs.

that happens a lot. it's called v-droop (if it's lower than what you set)but usually happens at higher voltages. and if you use several monitoring programs you may find the most common one and that's what it is.
