E6420 @ 3.9ghz with a Vcore of 1.55 ( My board has bad Vdroop )

XSPC 360mm Rad, swiftech micro res, DDC 18w ultra with XSPC top and an XSPC delta V3 CPU block.

Temps are hitting the high 50's

Does that sound right for the stuff im using or should they be lower?

They're not bad... but if it got any higher than mid 60's I would definately be concerned.
Its warm but its still okay your ambient temp should be pretty good at the moment in the UK. Thats an 83% overclock youve got there. Youre voltage is more than I would like for continuous use

1.55v is nothing to worry about, i run 1.65 on my q6600, but with a way bigger rad. then again, any 360 rad should be sufficient for that.
if i were you id try reseating, if that doesnt help, its already running as it should.
Wonder if i havent put enough thermal greese on the CPU.....Hmmm
dont worry, its quicly too much actually... a rice grain sized dab of paste is enough.
I spread it with my finger, it was quite a smalle amount i think

I always try 4 or 5 remounts, one every couple of weeks and then try to work back down to my lowest temp.

That gives you a little practice mounting your water block to, try to keep it nice and even as you tighten it up.

EDIT: Don't use your finger, use a razor blade or put your finger in a baggie.
