My temperatures for my pentium d945 cpu is all messed up. With stock heatsink I would get 63'c idle and 70-75'c load when my room temperature is 26'c. Now i just bought a new Big Typhoon and used AS5 but the temp is like 55'c idle and like 65'c load should my cpu temps really be that high or is there something really wrong with my cpu and heatsink??

Check if your CPU heatsink is flat. if it's concave or convex, look into lapping it. Or you could just have a bad connection between the IHS and the cores, which you can't really fix with intel chips. It could always be a bad sensor though.
