TEST.....What motherboard is this

If anyone out there can tell me this bit of info that would be great. I have looked all over this thing and still have not been able to find the make and or model. Its old. Not super old I don;t think. I got it from someone I had to evict form a house of mine...Thanks for the help in advance....

It's not that board. Dskina's says DC533 on the chip while yours is DC400.
sorry. no clue here. i had a look around where i normally look, and your board isn't there.

But his has the red ram slots and mine dosen't. The pics provided by MBkilla shows it with PC400 and red slots. I don't know, do the change colors on the ram slots for different revisions?
