I finally got computer to working after 2 RMAs and 1 non-faulty item, almost wasting Â£25 by sending it to shop.
Yesturday, I decided to replug all sockets and checked manual. I turned on pc... I saw a Blue lights Of Life! It was running and fans was running so loudly but I can bear it.

The fan should slow back down when you get CCC installed. Mine does the same thing occasionally on boot up as did some of the 4xxx cards.

Still running loudly. I think it's wires that is blocking their way. But I'm not going to open pc and risk it anymore.
