The more exhaust the better, right?

I'm in the market for 2 exhaust fans to put on my CM 590. Budget fans, so I have been considering some yate loons or cooler master. I'm just curious as to whether or not 2 120mm fans on the top would make a change in GPU/CPU temps or if I should just look into aftermarket coolers?

Not necessarily. You want a balance in airflow between exhaust and intake.

As for CPU temps, changing case fans will decrease your CPU temps by a very small amount... changing the cooler itself will do wonders... look for an aftermarket cooler first before looking to replace your fans
More out take is not good if you don't have a lot of intake.

Keep stuff balanced, to ensure stable air pressure
The reason you don't want the negative pressure of having too many exhaust fans is that it'll pull air in from any little crevice and pile up dust there.
I see.. maybe i'll add another intake fan to the front then. This case is very cool at idle, but i'm just not satisfied with my load temps yet, and to top it off i'm in sunny florida and I don't use much AC

a decent after-market cpu cooler will make the most difference in your temps
I have been looking at the AC Freezer Pro 64. I'm pretty sure that is the one i'll end up buying, judging by the reviews/pics/price.

On a side note, my GPU load temps normally jump up to 80+ degrees (depending on indoor temp) which I guess isn't BAD, but not ideal either. Should I even worry about and aftermarket cooler for the thing? I kind of just... want a new GPU lol. I'll have to wait for that though.
You need intake (and some filters), or your case will be full of dust (trust me, a week ago I removed the fan off my heatsink, and there was a blanket of dust on it, it was gross... Anyways, Intake is important, and so are dust filters, so get both.

I added ONE 120mm on top near the back of my 690, and it dropped my CPU temp ~2C (medium fan speed), which is a pretty good drop (36C-37C to 34C-35C).
Ambient is: 21C
Load temps don't go above 47C, if that.

All the other fans are the stock fans that came with the case.

I just took an Antec Tri Cool from my A900, I figured its got pretty good airflow, and the room its in is kept at a pretty cool temperature.
