Should say I'm currently reading every RAM OC'ing guide I can find. I only recently got a mobo with a BIOS which allows me to change timings etc on my RAM.

Can anyone give me an idea of the figures I should use for a low OC, before creeping up.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but timings are more important than speed with AMD rigs?

Yes and no.

The general rule of ram is lower timing + fatser speed = better performance.

Some argue that AMD's perform better with lower timings rather then faster speeds. How ever there is no way you can make the data solid.

I do think that you will probably have greater success if you tired lowering timings.
