ATI Drivers _ Tweakforce Drivers _ Omega Drivers (none applicable at present) _ ATItool _ Riva Tuner _ Volt Mods

It looks like this club is now under my control, I'll update everyone as quickly as I can, please be understanding as this may take some time.

And a big thanks to Freakn for doing such a good job with the club before I took over, and to SLeeZeY for starting it in the first place.

Average stats:
RV730XT 320 stream processors 750mhz Core 800+ mhz Memory clock 512mb ~ 1Gb ~ Hypermemory ~ DDR2/GDDR3/GDDR4 Crossfire DX10.1 HaVok HDMI Avivo HD

Come on people I've seen plenty of you with this card in one guise or another (I'm waiting for someone to test the sapphire GDDR4 version
). A wee little card that runs straight off the slot power yet manages to keep up with the big boys.

Also a new addition to the club is a banner code as below, so if you would please add this to your sig to show your a proud member of our little club

Code:

Don't forget your kith and kin at Red Tide or pimp your clocks at SlyOne77's OC thread. A lot of us will be going to z4520ft's 5670 Club aka Discothèque de 5670 (hint hint), hoping ATI new *670 is as meaty as the 4*** version.

And now it begins

This card is just awesome for the price. Up here the prices are around the 8600GTS and yet this card kills it. Suggested this card to a friend, hopefully it'll end up in their case.

Hope to see more of these cards around here for the lower end systems....

True, I found it slightly fail when I saw the 4750 has to have an extra power plug

HIS IceQ 4670 @849 core / 1096 memory
Yeah I've been nosing at that

I put ram sinks on the back of my card and the rear vent sucks the heat off via some badly crafted coke bottle plastic lol

@ 901/1200 it fidgets a lot during Far Cry 2, but not Crysis ??? but I'm gonna put it back to stock for a while so I can get some longevity out of it (preferably until the 5670, unless ATI figure out a way to eek more Oomph from less bus power.

Yes, I want to know if there's a pencil mod!
trying to squeeze every bit of juice out of the 4670

Nah I reckon I was just lucky, but it ain't half hot even with the extra cooling.

There is a possibility that my mobo just has a good overvolt running, as I've got everything set to 'high' at the mo.

Drop you mem clock and your core will climb further.

I'm still getting my head around this insane amount of hypermemory ram swap!

1.8Gb my Vram is reading at

There isn't a pencil one, but hard one ( soldering VRM to PCB ).

Has anyone heard of a pencil mod for the 4670? I looked at the 4830 and 4850 mod sites, but they're nothing like the 4670 so I'd have nowhere to start...

EDIT: just saw your reply andr3az - thanks

MSI 35C idle
Force3D 43C Idle

fans matter, and i dunno if i should OC this baby.

post GPU-Z ss just to be sure

mad OC there man
these RV7xx cores are really something. I heard the new 4750 (RV740) are going to come out soon, and they have DDR5 memory!! I wonder how well they will overclock. From the previews it beats the 4830 at stock... ATi really got all the price range covered. If only they could put the same effort to their drivers...

I hear that. I know alot of people who would switch to ATI but they scared of drivers.

BTW Add me. I own the HIS 4670 but i am not using it right now seeing as I I have a 4830 as my main.
