It's invertible, you can move the IO from the front to either side, you can add an extra IO panel, you can use either a glass (included) or mesh (have to buy) front, you can mount the GPU in the side section that we normally see fans in and a few other things. Hardware Nexus has a good review (as usual) but only touched on some "difficulties" with the new GPU mounting location, while Kyle from Bitwit (his review is not as deep as the one from GN) discusses some more issues with that GPU mount. What are the differences between the new O11 EVO and the O11 XL?

Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo Review
The Lian Li O11 Dynamic Evo is an evolution of the wildly successful O11 Dynamic. While it may look similar and sports a comparable size, there are plenty of tweaks and updates within the Evo that improve over the original on nearly all functional areas.www.techpowerup.com
I am a huge fan of invertible cases, I even asked about the possibility of inverting the standard 011 well over a year ago. From the bit on Gamer's Nexus, this looks like the easies case flip ever. My last case, a Coolermaster STC-01 (OLD case) was switchable, only had less than maybe a dozen screws and you could flip it...my current case is a BeQuiet! Dark Base 700, and it was a couple dozen (mostly small) screws and was a bit of a pain to flip. It isn't something you do all of the time, but it looks like the new Evo would make it easy if you changed your desk (and where the computer sits) often.
