Should add Astro File Manager, I honestly think its better than ES. Also Swiftkey X for a different keyboard.

Perhaps it might be more useful for those on inferior ROMs though.
Every ROM i've ever ran has had all those quick settings besides the stock ROM which was missing media volume and brightness. So I completely agree!

MIUI is based off of CM though.

In my opinion, MIUI is basically iPhone themed off of CyanogenMod. Granted there's more than that, but its not far off. Saying its not based off of CM though is just silly, as it is completely based off of that.

Simca, for Shadowgun you need to add in the fact that you need ChainFire 3D Pro to even buy Shadowgun unless you're on a Tegra device. Otherwise people are going to be rather confused or lost as they can't even find the game on the market

EDIT: Just realized they released non-tegra versions. I wonder if I can redownload off the market and it'll automatically download the Adreno version.... hmmm

I wonder if there's any difference visually between the tegra and non-tegra versions?

SwiftkeyX is so far awesome by the way.
Anyone who doesn't use SwiftKeyX is weird. :]

Those who still don't have it, don't realize how much they're missing out on!

So far, I have to click and hold to aim around which is just like using your finger when you press and hold to aim...
Anyways, my main uses for my Android phone...
Music: PowerAMP (FLAC audio FTW)
Games: FieldRunner and Words Free (scrabble) except words is a battery drainer...
Gadgets: BatteryLife, 3GWatchdog(data assistant), Astrid(note taker)
Cool Apps: Airdroid (manage phone through pc browser), Securet Livestream (wireless webcam)
Shadowgun should work on the GS2 fine, my roommate has the ATT GS2 and has no problems.

What? You can message, that's the only point for it.

Are you using the App I just posted? The first screen says Connect and Friends. Once you're connected you hit friends and you're able to chat.

Do remember this will sign you off of Steam if you're already logged on. I suggest logging off on one before you use the other!

A good idea is to also set your Titanium Backup to back up every X amount of days/hours. I personally have mine set to back up at 3:00AM every day and a restart right after the back up. Keeping the phone nice and fresh!

I love SwiftKey X. I tried Smartkey Keyboard Pro prior to using SwiftKey, and couldn't go back. Then again my phone isn't seeing any slow downs at all using it. I just absolutely love the predictive text too much.

Don't get too excited. Not everyone is in this closed beta, so you may have to wait! Seems like it's only people who opt in the Beta before the App came out! Which I always seem to do...

It is ridiculously customizable and has even more of a whackton of options than Smart Keyboard Pro. It loads super fast. It's got the looks customizability, as I said - there are several themes available. You can customize the keyboard layout itself, to some extent. But the real winner is that aside from all that, it has Swiftkey-like smart prediction capabilities - and you can choose from more than just 3 predictions

Might need to try this out then if it the prediction capabilities are as good as SmartKey X.

Now I have a noob question. I've been reading that rooting can cause GPS to malfunction or not function as well as it would have on an unrooted phone. Is there any truth to this? It would be unfortunate for me b/c I use the GPS on my phone nearly everyday.
No, rooting will cause no issues with your GPS. The only time you'll have any issues with your GPS is with non-100% functioning ROMs.

The new version of Swift Key came out and it's even better than it was before. Still my favorite keyboard!
