1. MIUI Launcher is garbage. In some ways its even worse than iOS's Springboard, since its harder to drag apps around.
2. The Kindle app is fairly mediocre. Take it from someone who's been reading books on handheld devices since the notes feature on the iPod Video: Kindle, Kobo, Aldiko, eReader, Google eBooks, Stanza, iBooks all pale in comparison to FBReader.

3. Unicorn Dash is a free Robot Unicorn Attack clone that is actually better than the original. The only downside is the lack of awesome music.
