i am going to buy dual core e5800 (3.2ghz 2mbl2........) for 50€ openbox (59€ new) the dual core e6800 3.3ghz cost 79€ and the e8400 is 140€
whats the performance difference fsb 800 to 1066mhz

its about 20% faster with the 1066FSB, but its nothing that cant be made up for by overclocking. The only difference between a 5800 and a 6800 is the default FSB, and the former can be overclocked to match the latter. the 8400 has ALOT more cache than either of the Pduals, but is consequently more expensive
