im looking at getting the XP90 for my dads new computer, but i dunt know what fan to get. what cfm does it need, and also, what dba level is almost silent? his computer has to be quiet, so.... what dba/cfm am i looking for?...cuz i dunt think he wants a tornado lol

hmm, cool, exept those cfms kinda suck


but i love the Dba level!!! 17 is like totally silent!

Akasa also have the Amber series that are very quite. My 12cm ones move 46 cfm @ 18dba

It comes with a 80mm converter for free, it actually has 92mm mounting holes . It says 90mm, but they mean standard size. You can attatch it to either a 92mm hole setup thingy, or 80mm.

cool, thnx man, i might get that. its either a Xp90 with that, or the Zalman 7000-copper cooler with the 92mm fan. i dunno with one, the zalman looks cooler but...

hey, would attaching 3 80mm fans to the top of my rig help keep my case temp down? i plan to set them like this:

front of case
>
<
>
back of case

or vice-versa
"<, >" is the direction of air flow.
