Thermalright TF7 vs Arctic mx-5

My new cpu cooler should be in tomorrow Thermalright Frost Spirit 140 black v3. It comes with there TF7 thermal compound. I also ordered Arctic MX-5 thermal coumpund. Which of the 2 would be better to use? Its been years since I've done this and Arctic silver 5 was the best back then. I'm going to do the pea method if that matters.

I believe TF7 is slightly better than MX-4. However it drys out faster. And MX-5 is better than MX-4. So MX-5 should be better. Especially in the long run.

Second MX-5. I have quite a few tubes of it laying around. Great all around paste for CPU/GPU. Spreads like melted butter and works great.

Haven't heard AS5 in quite sometime. How long have you been out of the game?
