You want the Extreme.
Extreme.. better performance with more heatpipes
and one is for socket lga 1366
and the other one is more universal and for 775 and will not work on the new 1366

dont order the wrong one!

but since you have a q6700 you can use either one.
If your building with the new core i7's only 1 will work.

Not always. Look at the xig s1283 that has three heatpipes but performs better than the xig s1284 that has four heatpipes. But for the TRUE, yea more is better.

Another question, im thinking of getting an extra fan + bracket for a push and pull but does it really make any differance with high pressure fans like Scythe Ultra Kaze 3k rpm? Is their any reviews people did on this site or others comparing single vs two fans?
there is about a 2-3 degree difference with a push/pull setup and that was pretty much common on all the reviews I saw with a TRUE push/pull setup
Even with a single very high CFM fans like Scythe Ultra Kaze?
Push/Pull is overrated. Use that second fan, gut it, and make a shroud.

The extreme is better, 4vs6 heatpipes. Also it is the RT version that comes with the Thermalright fan and mounting bracket. I didnt get the RT version and I have the nice low budget wire fan clips
. Plus a push pull setup on a TRUE is overrated for adding the fan, you will get -3c IF your lucky. I did a push pull when I built my rig and thus took the second fan off, overkill, and a total waste of real estate imho.
