Thermaltake Big Water Cooling System

I have read that this is a extremely bad water cooling system setup. Also using the P500 Pump.Seems to have very weak flow
What would you guys suggest I change first?
Would there be a big difference if I replace the pump first to a high flow pump.?

No not really. There wouldn't be much change. If your stretched for cash in terms of buying a custom loop grab a TRUE or Noctua air cooler.
The pump is too weak, the radiator is too small, and the water block isn't very efficient. If you want to improve your setup, and you want to stay on water, you'll have to buy a whole new setup.
