I am disappointed in Thermaltake Support. A Big Typhoon I bought had two standoffs with bad threads. Their response was that I would have to get an RMA, and return the parts to get replacements. Poor.
I don't know where you purchased your BT from, but this is why I try to buy stuff from local stores like Tiger or Fry's as opposed to mail-order.<br><br>
If something's not right, you can take it back within 30 days, and they'll usually make it right.<br><br>
I can't tell you how awesome the tech people at Tiger were for me when I purchased not one but two bad boards. Not only did they troubleshoot the problem(s), they did the actual replacement while I stood there and picked my #*^!!!.<br><br>
BTW, pull the stock fan and replace it with a 110 cfm silverstone.
